A training program allows you to strengthen those skills that each employee needs to improve. A development program brings all employees to a higher level so they all have similar skills and knowledge. This helps reduce any weak links within the company who rely heavily on others to complete basic work tasks.   Introduce personal development so staff can see the broader benefits beyond the job. If it feels like it's strictly work-related, then people will compartmentalize what they're learning and won't.

Training and development describes the formal, ongoing efforts that are made within organizations to improve the performance and self-fulfillment of their employees through a variety of.
